Return and Refund Policy for Adore You
At Adore You, we take pride in the quality of our organic body butters. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Due to the nature of our Products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final once the product has been opened.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged product and your order number.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been approved.
